By registering or using the Vidalt software platform, you agree to comply with these terms of service. Vidalt provides booking and space CRM solutions. All module configurations (Workplace, Restaurant) must represent legally verified businesses.
Under the Standard Plan, systems are hosted under our secure cloud servers. Under the Enterprise Plan, domain mapping configurations are established, allowing the CRM system to run under the brand's own domain or subdomain, which remains the brand's sole technical responsibility.
Vidalt implements verified SMS verification and approval mechanisms to prevent fake reservations. Any attempts to simulate fake bookings or disrupt the platform will result in immediate termination of the service.
